At 10:31 this morning (18th May 2010) St Peter Port Radio received a call from the fishing vessel “Red Dragon” returning to St Peter Port with engine problems off “Guernsey’s West Coast”.

The St Peter Port Lifeboat “Spirit of Guernsey” was launched at 11:19 and found the “Red Dragon” with (3) people on board drifting approximately 10nm West of Guernsey,

The Lifeboat was alongside the casualty at 12:22, towing the vessel back to St Peter Port Harbour, arriving at approximately 14:25.
